Russia’s Sberbank files 7.2 mln euro suit against Deutsche Bank

MOSCOW, Apr 24 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court has accepted a 7.2 million euro suit of Russia’s top bank Sberbank against Germany’s Deutsche Bank, the court said in a statement late on April 21.

Preliminary hearing of the suit was scheduled for May 30. The court did not disclose the suit’s matter, and asked Sberbank for help with notifying Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft of the hearing’s date and place because the defendant is a foreign company.
